The Regional Sales Manager - Mid-eastern US , will serve as a Sales Manager marketing value through technical project selling of specialty chemical additives in industrial fluids, i.e, metal working fluids, lubricants, cleaners, etc and provide guidance to customers by providing product/services information to fulfill the needs of our customers and ensure customer satisfaction Other duties include:
- Delivers annual sales and margin targets for new business while maintaining and growing existing business.
- Gains access to all buying influences within each customer and leverages the skills appropriate to understand the customer�s needs, priorities and drivers.
- Builds professional and personal relationships, as appropriate, to secure the business by bringing customer-defined value.
- Builds and executes customer account plans, which forms the strategy to obtain new business.
- Leads and facilitates cross functional team members as resources to bring value to the customer.
- Secures and manages supply agreements.
- Proactively sells product innovation and sustainable solutions.
- Anticipates and proactively addresses business opportunities and risks.
- Follows all company policies & procedures, reflect organizational core values, and maintains a clean & safe working environment at all times.
- Participate in business and industry events on a regular basis with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and provide intelligence on market and customer trends and opportunities.
- Participate in training & development opportunities to expand knowledge of product solutions and sales techniques.

- Chemical Industry experience required; Performance Chemical experience is a Bonus

- Knowledge in the following product areas are preferred:
� Metalworking Fluid Markets in general
� Defoamers, de-emulsifiers, antifoams and other surfactants for any market
� Specialty additives for Industrial & Automotive Markets
